By creating an account or using TripApp, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. The Service
TripApp connects renters with rental businesses to reserve vehicles. TripApp facilitates bookings and payments but is not the owner of the listed vehicles.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and meet the minimum age and licensing requirements to rent a vehicle.
4. Bookings and Payments
Reservations are confirmed once the rental business approves the request. Prices, fees, and any applicable taxes are shown before you confirm a booking.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions are set by the rental business for each reservation and are presented to you at the time of booking.
6. Responsibilities of Renters
You agree to use the vehicle lawfully, return it in the agreed condition and time, and assume responsibility for fines, damages, or violations during the rental period.
7. Limitation of Liability
TripApp is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, TripApp is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TripApp after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
